Editorial policy and corrections

Every page on this site follows one set of rules: every figure carries a source and a date; facts come only from official pages; scores follow a published rubric and are left blank when evidence is thin; comparisons never declare an absolute winner; errors are corrected within 72 hours with a visible change note.

Topic selection

We only review products with a public entry point (no closed betas). Explainer topics come from questions people actually type into search engines and forums ("how much does an AI short drama cost", "why do faces drift"), not from what vendors would like to be asked.

Fact checking

• Prices, features and limits are stated only when they can be verified on an official site, official documentation or a regulator's text; each carries a URL and a last-checked date.
• When something cannot be verified we write "not disclosed"; we do not republish second-hand quotes or invent numbers.
• Vendor-supplied figures are labeled "vendor claim"; press figures are labeled as such; conflicting sources are shown side by side.
• Hands-on findings are labeled "editorial testing" with the sample size; a single sample is never written up as a general rule.

Scoring

Seven criteria scored 1–5 and averaged, as described on the methodology page. The basis for every score is written in the "Basis" column of each tool page and is open to challenge.

Independence

SinCoSphere is independently operated and not affiliated with any product it reviews. Every tool is scored on the same table; in explainers, tools appear only as examples among others, with no superlatives and no calls to action; comparison pages say "pick A if… / pick B if…". We accept no paid placements and run no ads or affiliate links.

Corrections

Send factual errors to support@sincosphere.com with the page URL and your evidence. Verified errors are corrected within 72 hours and the page's update date is refreshed; material corrections are logged on this page.

Update cadence

Prices and features are re-verified monthly; pages affected by a new model or tier are updated within a week; explainers are updated when rules or data change, with the date shown.
